Within our Community Development arm, CCCGHI provides oversight for the City of Houston's Emergency Solutions Grant Homeless Services Program, as well as the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Homeless  program.  Additionally, oversight is also provided for Child Care, and Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Programs.  CCCGHI contracts with non-profit agencies selected through a competitive process to ensure program compliance through effective training and monitoring of the various agencies.
