Director's Leadership Group

The Director’s Leadership Group is an on-going professional development training system addressing the fundamental and emergent needs of Directors in Child Development Facilities.

The sessions are practical and interactive. They are geared toward enhancing program management skills. When applicable, national accreditation standards and practices are incorporated.

Using the proven and innovative strategies presented, each member is required to apply these strategies to his/her program. Thus, members are provided with the confidence and knowledge to develop individual action plans for their programs. Members are also encouraged to share information and ideas.
